We are now looking for a Software Intern, IVA (Intelligent Video Analytics) to join our Metropolis team!
What you'll be doing:

• Develop Deep Learning Neural Network Models for detecting and classifying pedestrians, cars and other objects/attributes in video


• Utilize TensorFlow, PyTorch and other Deep Learning Frameworks to develop and test Computer Vision and Machine Learning algorithms


• Implement the full video processing pipeline for real-time and embedded systems on NVIDIA GPU cards

• You are pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with an emphasis in Computer Vision


• Experience processing video and image sequences, including image compression and file formats


• Object detection in large data sets such as ImageNet


• Object tracking, window blanking, or video security applications


• Deep understanding of the methods of Machine Learning and classifiers such as logistic regression, SVM, AdaBoost, and Decision Trees


• Strong programming skills including Python and C/C++


• Experience using open source toolkits and libraries such as Keras, Torch, and CUDA


• Strong self-initiative, interpersonal skills, and an interest in developing new technology

• Experience using GPUs for computations


• Involvement in open source or GitHub communities
