Talent Acquisition Partner


What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?



  • Performs recruitment activities, including search activities, conducting interviews, and evaluates candidates for all positions.

  • Works with department leaders to search, screen, select, schedule and finalize interviews, work through job offers.

  • Coordinates and manages job fairs on and off site for assigned properties; and other recruiting activities for all properties.

  • Networks with local colleges to build direct relationships and enhance recruiting efforts.

  • Demonstrate teamwork to ensure that quality care and services are provided to the residents we serve.

  • Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings as requested.

Requirements



  • Healthcare recruitment experience required.

  • An associate/bachelor’s degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Recruiting experience, or a combination of both education and experience.

  • Applicant Tracking System Experience.

  • Up to 50% travel.
