JOB DESCRIPTION
The Development Coordinator supports the Product Curation team in bringing design development to the luxury market by enhancing the creative product process including coordination between all cross functional teams; presentation preparation and assistance; and support on executing the integration of places and experiences across all channels.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live and breathe Our Values and Beliefs
• Keep team organized and on track to meet varying deadlines with product launches
• Maintain samples coordination with global vendor partners, product teams, and photography teams
• Maintain product information in our systems (Trello, Galaxy, Google Drive, Server)
• Maintain the swatch library
• Gather and organize meeting materials
• Work with the Warehouse team to organize and set-up samples for reviews

OUR REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
• Enthusiasm for design
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Meticulously organized with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Comfortable in a very fast paced and ever changing environment
• A self-starter and independent thinker who can solve problems
• Comfortable at juggling multiple priorities and thinking quickly on thier feet

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
