Monitor and report project status to management team /other stake holders with details relating to potential project issues and risks.

•           Manage project budget to maximize financial efficiency and ensure positive cash flow throughout the project.

•           Coordinates with Company for progress of project deliverables as per timelines

•           Work with factory, ware house and other vendors to implement approved changes.

•           Implement Kaizen/5S workouts, pull processes, cell design improvements in quality, safety, and ergonomics for Assembly.

•           Working sessions with Manufacturing / packaging Engineers for redesign opportunities.

•           Work with factory, Supplier to optimize Handling Units

•           Adhere to the quality plan
