Job Description

First PREMIER Bank is seeking a Finance Associate to process accounting activity, including keying general ledger transactions and deposits in our ATM Cash Funding program for First PREMIER Bank, plus assist the Finance Department with back up duties and financial reporting.

 

Compensation and Schedule

Starting wage is determined based on prior work experiences.

Full-time Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Training Schedule:

Paid on-the-job training! 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Order cash to be loaded into ATMs, after verifying order is within specified limits


• Record entries for cash ordered, cash returned by processors, and cash returned by courier in ATM Manager Pro and QuickBooks. Record daily summary transactions to the general ledger.


• Monitor load, processor, and deposit activity and verify funds are loaded and deposited on a timely basis.


• Provide courteous service to ATM Funding customers and vendors.


• Research missing/excess settlements with Processor, and missing/excess funds from couriers. 


• Back up other Finance Department duties.

Skills and Qualifications

• Qualified applicant must be detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communications skills.


• Attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Basic computer skills, with emphasis on Excel, and proficiency of the English language


• Treats the customer and/or vendor at all times with respect even in the most negative of situations. 


• Capacity to learn, adapt to change, and become proficient quickly.  Ability to handle stress, exercise self-control, adhere to company policies and procedures and uphold the PREMIER Way.
