The Finance Manager, SEC Reporting is responsible for the preparation of external financial reports, performing US GAAP technical research and implementing new accounting standards.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare external financial statements including 10-Q’s and 10-K’s


• Complete US GAAP technical research on complex accounting transactions, focusing on business development agreements and business combinations


• Provide corporate oversight and review on certain areas, including non-GAAP reporting and intangible assets


• Work with external auditors on various technical matters


• Other Ad hoc requests and assignments

Expected Areas of Competence

• Demonstrates strong communication (oral and written) skills.


• In depth knowledge of US GAAP.


• Ability to explain complex accounting matters to non-financial business partners.


• Perform research of technical literature.


• Ability to work in a team-driven environment.


• Exhibits a high level of attention to details.


• Highly motivated, self-starter willing to deliver results and meet strict deadlines.


• Demonstrated characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities.


• Computer literate; intermediate to advanced Excel and Word required.

Education/Experience Requirements

• B.S. in accounting. CPA (active or inactive) expected.


• 6+ years of experience required in accounting.


• Big Four or other public accounting experience strongly preferred.

Travel Requirements

Up to 20%

Compensation Range 104,800 - 123,300
