Job Description

The School of Systems and Enterprises seeks a full-time Lecturer, with a specialization in Engineering Management.   The candidate should be an experienced, driven, and motivated teacher. This is a 15-month term appointment, starting March 1, 2021 and ending on June 30, 2022.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·         Engage in course development and delivery.

·         Support, mentor, and advise students.

·         Develop and cultivate relationships with various constituencies, including professional societies, research and educational organizations that will further advance the professional standing and have other distinct benefits to the Institute.

·         Create and maintain a collegial atmosphere that enhances student-faculty interactions.

·         Work effectively with the other faculty to develop school-wide and institute-wide initiatives.

Requirements

·         Doctorate in a related Engineering field.

·         Strong ability to develop and teach classes.

The Dean of the School, in light of administrative responsibilities, research programs, or other assigned tasks; may modify teaching loads.
