We are currently looking for an Assistant Property Manager within Catholic Charities Senior Communities.


Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm


Our Senior Communities program develops and operates affordable, supportive communities for older adults with a resolve to nurture a spirit of purpose, wellness, and harmony among both our residents and colleagues. The Assistant Property Manager assists the Property Manager in coordinating and implementing daily housing functions and may serve as the first point of contact for applicants. The primary responsibilities may include conducting recertification interviews, reviewing EIV reports, providing support and assistance to residents, and may assist in budget preparation and distribution of rent statements.


This position will require the following:



  • High school diploma

  • Two years experience in the assisted housing industry

  • Designation as a Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Manager, or equivalent

  • Experience in senior living and OneSite rental software is preferred

  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

  • A valid driver's license with no more than 3 points
