What you will do

How you will do it

• The Technical Team Lead (TTL) must be a skilled craftsman in their trade and have a minimum of five (5) years actual, practical working experience in the industrial HVAC chiller, plumbing, pipefitting, security & fire and /or mechanical equipment service industry.


• Interaction with customers, ability and desire to help develop technicians, attention to detail while on site and in quoting jobs, scheduling, promoting safety and constant communication plays a key role in this position.


• Must be computer literate and tech savvy and have the ability to develop, close and manage all types of quoted work.

This is a Bargaining Unit Position.

What we look for

Required

• Requires a Mechanical Journeyman License


• 5+ years of residential / light commercial /commercial HVAC / mechanical troubleshooting experience.


• Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge.


• Good verbal and written communication skills
