What You’ll Do


  • Setup, image & configure workstations, monitors, printers and other IT-related systems in accordance with our established standards

  • Ensure all surplus equipment is disposed properly via ITAM and Security Compliance policies by coordination with Asset Disposition vendor

  • Equipment review/analysis to determine if used equipment is viable for redeployment or disposal

  • Maintain separate room of surplus stock that is properly organized

  • Coordinating collection of End User Computing assets as required

Qualifications


  • 1+ year experience providing IT support to include computer imaging experience


  • Must have strong customer service skills
