The Healthcare Quality and Compliance Data Associate Manager is responsible for the management of the Data Analytics and Financial teams for the Healthcare Logistics & Distribution (HLD) Quality & Compliance Team. He/She leads the ongoing efforts of the Quality Enhancement Project (QEP) using recommended metric outputs of the QEP to identify industry standard metrics, perform visualization design, execute, document, and review data models. This position performs data and financial analysis for strategic HCLS Compliance initiatives. He/She promotes data integrity, financial compliance, and process management to ensure alignment with the overall HCLS objective.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manages HLD Compliance Data Analytics and Financial Functions
Monitors the performance of databases and cost models and performs audits to review performance results / provide enhancement recommendations
Applies data analysis and data modeling techniques to establish, modify, and maintain data structure and associated components
Designs and develops data models based on defined concepts / principles
Supports development of the business plans, analysis, adjustments, and presentations to support business case and proposed budget
Performs cost analysis and recommends process improvements for cost-effectiveness
Manages purchasing and payables deliverables, ensures reporting accuracy alignment to budget
Monitors and controls expenses within budget
Supervises and develops others

Spreadsheet Knowledge: demonstrates an advance understanding for use of spreadsheets. He/she must demonstrate the ability to build spreadsheet models, dashboards, and/or automated templates
Technical Writing: Demonstrates a general understanding and use of grammatical rules; expresses ideas clearly and concisely; explains the relationship of effective writing to business objectives
Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Science or related discipline - Preferred
