BioReference  is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Temp, 40 Hours).

Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, overtime and weekends as needed

Responsibilities include:

• Survey buildings to ensure health and safety standards


• Perform basic maintenance (replace light bulbs, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.)


• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration


• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection)


• Minimal pest control with insecticide, mousetraps, etc.


• Conduct general upkeep procedures, and other tasks as assigned


• A valid driver's license and clean driving history (No violations in the past year, No more than two moving violations in the past 36 months) Drive to our facilities, PSC, Swabbing Centers, etc.

• HS Diploma


• Proven experience in general maintenance


• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices


• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills


• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime


• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred
