CBB is undertaking an aggressive agile transformation agenda and the CBB Tech Finance & Business Management On this journey, we will be implementing agile methodologies to shape and deliver business and technology capabilities. We are searching for a dynamic leader who is eager to take part in cultivating an environment where visibility, speed, quality, and innovation are at the forefront.

The F&BM Product and BB Lead will be responsible for bringing together the Planning, Finance and Business Management functions for the business, including driving financial planning to help the business evolve from a waterfall process to true Agile.

The Product Support role, is a finance and business management resource and is aligned to products. The candidate will be able to speak to all things Tech FBM for the given product and help the product navigate tools, processes, and provide on the spot guidance. The candidate will be familiar and partnered with the business/LOB CFO team/and Technology to help review the business cases funding their product.

The successful candidate is a leader who thinks holistically about business, technology, and finance, is strategic, and results-oriented. The ideal candidate is a structured, highly-organized individual who can flexibly adapt to a fast paced environment, has superior analytical skills, is an effective communicator, is able to influence, and can navigate across a broad organization and in a matrixed environment .

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Partner strategically with Tech Leadership in all areas of financial management - delivering an annual budget with a three-year outlook, monthly reporting & forecasting, headcount & expense management
  • Partner with the business to develop key performance metrics tied to our transformation and effectively communicate the savings linked to these efforts
  • Work with key partners and stakeholder across the CBB CFO organizations as well as the CBB CAO organizations to enhance and evolve existing processes in support of creating an increasingly agile organization
  • Proactively analyze trends, research issues and respond to inquiries
  • Compile the Product Vision, facilitate value measurement and data-driven prioritization, coordinate FBM processes, establish product P&L, act as a subject matter expert within CCB F&BM for product operating model and vision

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or related majors
  • 10+ years of related experience (e.g., Financial Planning, Data Analysis). Technology experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to influence and gain trust of executive management
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills essential
  • Ability to interact effectively with peers and senior management
  • Outstanding PC skills (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Hyperion Essbase, SAP)
