The AVP Legal Entity Controller will be responsible for: * Ensuring accurate accounting and reporting * Month-end close process and journal entries * Prepare quarterly and annual 10K and 10Q in compliance with US GAAP * prepare monthly and quarterly analytical reporting * Prepare and review consolidation of entities * Liaise with internal teams and external firms * Implement workflow/ process changes
The successful AVP Legal Entity Controller will have: * A Bachelor's degree in accounting * CPA required * 6-8 years of financial reporting experience * Preferably have public accounting experience * Experience with Oracle/Hyperion
