*Description*
As the Account Payable Specialist, you'll work with the accounting team and report to the controller. You'll also work closely with AR, and senior accountants working on finance projects when needed. * Ensure Vendors get paid for services and products rendered * Conduct full-cycle accounts payable * Audit credit card bills * Assist with month-end closing * Generate reports * Process and distribute checks * Answer vendor inquires
* 1-4 years experience in Accounts Payable * Bachelors degree (Accounting/Finance degree preferred) * Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP/ Pivot tables) * Experience with ERP systems ( QuickBooks/ NetSuite/ SAP, etc.) Locally known NYC Media company recognized for their top performance marketing agency and their passion behind the media industry! * Temp to Perm Opportunity * Remote role during COVID * Competitive compensation * Room for growth * Full benefits (medical, dental, vision)
