*Description* * Report to the Head of Sales Enablement & CRM * Work alongside Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Relationship Management teams * Identify areas of development & important for Salesforce Pardot integration * Support Marketing Team with best practices to ensure Pardot is used to the maximum potential * Liaise with Stakeholders to identify areas of improvement and efficiency * Work with the Sales team on developing strategies to drive activity from Pardot & Salesforce * Development and manage projects with Stakeholders * Perform detailed business documentation * Support training's and user support across the company * Understand metrics, sales productivity, and pipeline development *Requirements:* * Previous experience in Sales/CRM Enablment * 3+ years of relevant experience * 2 years of B2B Salesforce experience * Salesforce & Pardot experience * Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices * Support marketing automation tools - Cloud, Pardot, etc. * Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or similar
*Additional:* * Certified in Pardot * Previous experience working with Technology, Finance companies * Experience working with Stakeholders * Knowledge of working with software and tools * Cvent, Seismic, and ON24 * Ability to work remotely - *Local Applicants Only * * Ability to start as soon as possible Banking & Finance *Must have Salesforce & Pardot experience*
