The Senior Manager - Billing Operations will be responsible for: * Leading, supervising, training and leading the Billing & Collections professionals in the NY office * Meeting with the team to review unbilled amounts and review inventories as well as identify issues * Working with the Billing Management team to identify improvements and strategic planning * Providing feedback to team members and management * Ad hoc responsibilities as needed Successful Senior Manager - Billing Operations candidates should possess the following attributes: * 4+ years of Management experience * Billing & Collections experience in a Law Firm or similar professional environment * Experience with Aderant/CMS or Elite is preferred * Ability to provide feedback * Identify areas of improvement and offer solutions * Implement strategic plans * Bachelor's Degree - required Our Client in an AMLaw Top 100 Firm with offices in Midtown Manhattan.
