*Description*
* Work with various stakeholders throughout Finance and IT to obtain the necessary details for restatement and establish the restatement environment.
* Review and analyze regulatory findings, and document required remediation action plan.
* Analyze regulatory reports data previously filed and identified reporting errors versus FRB expected regulatory requirements.
* Create trend analysis for reporting impact over the restatement periods in scope.
* Prepare correcting adjustment required in accordance with management control process and post into Axiom.
* Document restatement report variance explanations versus previously filed regulatory reports.

* Assist with internal controls including reviews and updates to process and system control narratives.
* Maintain a strong internal control mindset with accountability for maintaining controls assigned.
* Utilize data analytics tools to perform analytics on regulatory reports.

* Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field from an accredited college/university.
* 5-10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of experience preparing regulatory reports.
* Knowledge of US regulatory reporting requirements, U.S. GAAP, and financial services related products.
* High level degree of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems used in financial reporting.
* Prior experience with Axiom SL; understanding of system capabilities included by not limited to running workflows, posting manual adjustments, and exporting reports.
* Strong commitment and drive to accomplish assignments accurately and in timely manner.
* Ability to quickly understand complex subject matter and demonstrate critical thinking.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
