The Legal Entity Controller will be responsible for: * Month-end close processes and journal entries across investing activities, financing activities, expense accruals, income taxes, and consolidation of subsidiaries. * The preparation of quarterly financial statements in compliance with US GAAP * Monthly balance sheet, evaluate expenses, and resolving issues. * Monthly and quarterly analytical reporting- Balance sheet commentary and P&L variances * Process re-engineering, improving efficiencies, and working with IT on improving and streamlining systems * Interaction with SEC reporting and internal counterparts to ensure proper accounting.
