*Description*
* Perform daily and monthly journal entries related to AR, AP, and GL * Prepare monthly commission reports * Perform monthly bank rec, credit card spending, expense reimbursement * Ensures compliance with internal policies, agency rules and regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles. * Assists in development of financial projections and forecasts. * 2 to 3 years of responsible accunting experience with a demonstrated record of success. Preferably, in the Software or Media industries * Strong understanding of GAAP and financial acumen with direct experience in managing a monthly closing process * Demonstrated experience in leading, driving change, and implementing best practices * Collaborative business partner with company and divisional leaders, adept at building cross-functional relationships to drive business results while providing support and oversight * Experience in extracting, combining, and reporting business critical data from multiple ERP solutions * Bachelor's degree in accounting * Strong oral and written communication skills * Advanced excel skills a must Our client is a Software developer that is excited to grow its accounting team in 2021. * January start * Rapidly growing organizaiton * Great progression and benefits
