Job Description:

*Description* * Prepare and enter batches of invoices in the accounting system for major vendors. * Manage EDI Invoice process & resolve any issues * Ownership of Sales Tax, communicating effectively with 3rd party vendors * Provide all monthly cost accruals to be captured and raised. * Perform monthly bank reconciliations for cash and credit cards transactions: Bank Account, PayPal, Stripe etc * Review and process all invoices received, and prepare reports for analysis revenue vs cost. * Raise and resolve customer shortages chargebacks with supply chain team and dispute any chargebacks without support and commercial team alignment * Assist with the implementation of a new financial systems or processes. * Assist with both internal and external audit. * Deliver weekly customer aging with variance analysis and commentary * Input into short term cash flow forecasts for global cash funding position reports
* Five (5) years of experience in Accounts Receivable & Sales Tax, preferably within Consumer Goods * Must atatin an understanding of EDI process * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word and other Office products as well as other proprietary and commercial financial management IT systems and business objects (PeopleSoft, Oracle, or SAP) * High level of integrity where personal and professional values are aligned with the company's mission, vision and leadership framework. * Self-aware and self-motivated - comfortable operating with minimal direction and will thrive in a dynamic environment as a leader influencing change and transformation. * Proven ability to engage in process improvement initiatives * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills.
