*Description* * Develop detailed construction budgets * Develop detailed construction schedules including milestones, duration's and dependencies * Contribute to project programming, design reviews and Pro-forma analysis * Oversee progress relative to contract construction schedule * Schedule and document required government inspections during construction * Communicate daily with owners, tenant reps, construction managers, superintendents and project coordinators
* Minimum of 9 years of experience in the construction industry with a General Contractor * Experience as a Project Manager on Ground-up light industrial projects over $15M * Proficiency with computer software's use in the construction industry * Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial to the success of the SPM My client is a well-known respected General Contractor/Developer who completes projects across a variety of markets but specializes in the Industrial, Multifamily/Senior Living, and Healthcare markets.
