The Acute Care Sterile Processing Manager will join a 400+ bed facility that offers its residents the luxury of being taken care in a state-of-the-art facility that only provides the best to their patients. Offering multiple locations throughout the region, this team consists of more than 6,000 healthcare professionals. As the Acute Care Sterile Processing Manager, this individual will report directly to the Director and will handle on floor supervision for all Sterile Processing initiatives. The Acute Care Sterile Processing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing on-boarding polices, education of current staff members, continuous development of Sterile Processing education and will need to manage the budget for the entire department. With multiple facilities being part of this healthcare system, the Acute Care Sterile Processing Manager will act as a resource for satellite facilities and departments. The ideal candidate will bring multiple years of Sterile Processing leadership in an acute care setting including the CRCST certification and Bachelor's degree.
