Client Experience – Client Conversion Services

The Client Conversion Services organization is a globally distributed team performing multiple functions spanning the client experience from proof of concept and onboarding activities through client testing and conversions to business as usual support. Our team has front to back (F2B) scope across front, middle and back office enabling the sharing and implementation of best practices. These functions are supported by robust Governance and Conversion CoE structure enabling dedicated focus on client deliverables and ongoing improvements while achieving consistency and scale of execution across multiple global locations.

Job Description –

State Street is seeking a skilled and proven professional, at the Assistant Vice President level, to provide leadership, project management and oversight of initiatives within Client Conversion Services. The role includes planning and executing of project deliverables and producing reporting to achieve integration goals and financial synergies.

Major Responsibilities:


  • Provide leadership and drive execution of program initiatives through stringent project management and close attention to detail

  • Build strong internal and external relationships and ensure service quality and client satisfaction

  • Resolve solution impediments with stakeholders, drive project progress, escalate issues and risk

  • Implement project changes and interventions to achieve program goals

  • Prepare and present program/project level executive status reports

  • Perform financial management oversight to achieve financial goals and synergies

  • Engage effectively with vendor partners for seamless delivery and resource management

Qualifications:

Education and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Management or Information Technology

  • 10+ years of financial services experience

  • Knowledge of Investment Manager Servicing/Transaction Management/Core State Street business offerings

  • Strong problem solving and project management skills

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills

  • • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals
