This position supports human resources technology optimization transforming administrative activities from transactional processes to strategically focused business lines that directly impact the CFPB management goals
Responsibilities As a Management and Program Analyst (Information Systems), you will:
Serve as an expert on regulations, requirements, and activities in human resources HR systems administration and HR service delivery. Support management's initiatives in developing HR information systems and analyzes and evaluates related program initiatives.
Develop core HR IT systems, specifically contributing to the development of and subsequent maintenance of HR hierarchies. Contribute to HR Management System projects (e.g. selecting, testing and implementing software.
Design, implement, and maintains HR information system(s) for assigned facilities; develop plan of action or project plan or specifications necessary to carry out the requirements for the HR information system(s); provide assistance in solving HR systems issue and implementing organizational and procedural changes; conducts systematic studies to identify long and short term needs of serviced organizations; provide advice and guidance to management officials on a variety of complex HR problems as they relate to the automated HR system; provide technical assistance on the HR automated system's procedures and applications; and understands the limitations and capabilities of the infrastructure and how it can support a particular modification or enhancement.
