Duties & Responsibilities

The BA/Project Manager for the Taleo Reimplementation Project will be held accountable for, but limited to, the following responsibilities:

• Defining, managing and controlling project scope, including change control within standard project management methodologies to time, quality and budget, through all stages of the project life cycle
• Planning, directing and implementing project on time, within budget and with desired functionality

Qualifications

Type of Education Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification preferred

Type of Experience and Number of Years:

• Demonstrated experience in Project Management - Minimum of 5 years
• Experience in Information Technology - Minimum of 4 years
• Experience in Education (K-12) project or program work preferred
• Three years or more of enterprise application management experience specifically Taleo (user or configuration based)

• Proficiency in Oracle Taleo Recruiting & Transitions/Onboarding, version 15.A
• Experience administering and configuring Oracle Taleo Recruiting & Transitions/Onboarding
• Knowledge of Taleo Client Connect version 14B or higher preferred

• Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment processes and procedures
• Ability to evaluate existing systems and understand their structure and component parts
• Ability to determine function needs and system requirements
  
  procedures/standards, and quality assurance
• Proven analytical abilities
• Ability to gather business requirements
