About the Role
As the Customer Success Specialist in our Smart Home Division, you will educate customers on the capabilities of our products and recommend Brivo solutions to solve complex customer problems.
In this customer-centric role, you can also expect to:
- Onboard new customers to ensure a strong and successful start with our solutions
- Train new and existing customers on Brivo Smart Home solutions, virtually and in-person
- Engage with our customers routinely to ensure our solutions are meeting their needs and recommend new solutions as they grow
- Establish strong customer relationships to provide technical support and resolve non-technical issues
- Gather customer feedback for product improvements and providing customer updates on features and solutions
- Assist our internal sales, marketing, and development team with demonstrations, QA, and troubleshooting.
- 2+ years of customer service or account management experience; preferably in smart home automation space
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to communicate with our customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Strong customer service skills: ability to de-escalate situations and problem solve
- Must have organizational skills, ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Travel up to 30%
