Provides office support by performing clerical functions including acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and mail services. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.


  • Serves as office coordinator for all incoming and outgoing mail, interoffice mail, courier services, deliveries, distributes mail internally, and oversee mail meter and postage.
  • Maintains common work areas, including conference rooms, kitchen, and reception area.
  • Maintains and orders supplies (office supplies, kitchen supplies, and any other items).
  • Onsite contact person for Property Management, Cleaning Services, Shredding Services, HVAC, and maintaining Printer / Copier.
  • Support all individuals within office for any administrative and operational support needs.
  • Oversee Office Visitors. Greet Visitors and maintain Visitor and Employee Attestation Logbooks.
  • Office Key Control – Responsible for tracking and assigning office keys.
  • Support Facilities and Security with Monthly Branch Security Reports, Branch Office Alarm Contact List, and other duties when assigned.
  • Office Fire Evacuation Team Leader.

  • Associate's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent managerial, planning, organizational, communication, negotiation, and decision making skills.
  • Ability to work productively, independently, and to seek creative solutions.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats, problem solve, and seek solutions independently.
  • Ability to effectively interact with all individuals within the department, throughout the Bank, and with customers/clients.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, adequate written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships in a professional manner.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
  • Normal office environment.
  • Frequent sitting and standing at a desk.
  • Light to moderate keyboard use.
