We've created a new role on our Talent Acquisition team here at SPS Commerce! We're looking for a Sourcer to help us build a comprehensive and varied sourcing strategy to help us to identify our future talent .

This role will partner closely with our Recruiters, our Talent Community Manager, and our Recruiting Operations team to help streamline and deploy our sourcing strategy. This is a key role to help maximize efficiency and allow us to gain velocity as wel "go-to-market" to attract the right talent at the right time.
Work closely with recruiters to prioritize target candidate personas and drive outreach activities that will develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. This includes sourcing talent through multiple channels and successfully converting passive candidates into applicants and hires.
Partner with different team members to craft a sourcing strategy and then execute through tailored content and creative assets to fill our talent pipelines from a diverse candidate pool.
Coordinate efforts to manage and track results of job advertisement across different platforms to help inform posting strategy based on effectiveness and results.
Organize and coordinate our Employee Referral Program.
Assist in recruitment events and activities
Candidate data management in our ATS
Occasional full life-cycle requisition and recruiment management.
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years of work experience in recruiting OR 6+ years of recruiting related experience with no degree.
Experience using a CRM and/or ATS
Proficiency with relevant talent sourcing tools
Proven ability to attract, influence and manage a multi-faceted, robust candidate pipeline.
