The Human Resources Generalist oversees all Blusource human resources initiatives, from maintaining company policies and compliance to evolving and advancing the company's culture and employee engagement. Primarily, this role is responsible for the development and execution of a total rewards strategy that attracts, motivates, retains, and rewards high-performing employees.

Education, Experience & Proficiencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

  • Proven background in Human Resources (2+ years preferred)

  • Strong experience in culture-building, coaching, recruitment, and training preferred

  • Paycom software and Microsoft Office 365

  • SHRM certification, or other HR certifications, preferred

You Will Be Accountable For:

  • Developing and executing our total rewards strategy; the financial and non-financial tools used to attract, motivate, and retain employees.

  • Overseeing all aspects of talent management and implementing the processes used for employee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

  • Guiding employees to improve themselves and their performance through learning and development; and ensuring Blusource connects its mission with the work of its employees.

  • Helps to cultivate the company's culture, employee engagement, and a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Updating and maintaining company policies and labor law compliance.

  • Evaluating and improving all HR processes.

  • Leading, managing, and holding accountable the Human Resources Assistant.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary/exempt position based on experience and market

  • 2+ weeks paid time off (vacation and sick)

  • 3 extra days paid time off for humanitarian/mission work

  • 7 paid holidays plus extra days off between Christmas and New Years
