· Adheres to SafeRack SOPs, quality standards and safety regulations to perform job duties in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.
· Quotes and schedules shipments in CHR Navisphere transportation management system.
· Creates pack slips and other shipping documents in ABAS ERP system.
· Process sales orders for shipments in Fast Alert system.
· Provides shipping documents to carriers at pickup.
· Collaborates and communicates with CSR team on order changes, special requirements, return shipments, misc. freight claims and other as required.
· Answers shipping/receiving incoming calls, provides assistance or route as required.
· Maintain accurate records for all shipments.
· Displays professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills when interacting with management, employees, vendors and customers.
· Other duties as assigned.
