Job Description:

As a Delivery Ambassador, you will represent the RH brand by facilitating a luxury delivery experience in our customer's home. Each day you will travel alongside our delivery teams in a RH provided luxury vehicle on a predetermined route. You will be responsible for interacting with the delivery team, offering customer support and assisting with additional purchases while face to face with the customer. This role will require a highly accountable individual who is self-motivated, organized, and can effectively communicate in order to serve the all-encompassing needs of our customers in the moment.

  • Lead the full-cycle delivery experience; be a steward of our product as it enters the customer's home
  • Provide leadership and interact with the delivery team and partners to ensure all standards and processes are met and provide coaching and feedback, as needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of our policies, processes and products so that solutions are recommended in real time to our customers, delivery team and partners
  • Think creatively and make critical decisions independently in the moment to ensure all needs are met, inclusive of delight accommodations
  • Provide guidance and feedback to clients on additional product suggestions based on the needs of the client and in partnership with Gallery Designers
  • Leverage strong communication skills (verbal, written and listening) to effectively collaborate with your delivery team, internal partners, and customers
  • Continuously seek to identify and eradicate operational inefficiencies and performance gap opportunities


  • Customer service, retail sales, hospitality and/or in home delivery experience is preferred
  • Must have a clean driving record and valid driver's license and able and willing to work outside normal business hours
  • Strong verbal, written and listening skills and the ability to build rapport through open and honest communication.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail oriented and motivated to find solutions in unknown environments or scenarios
  • Resilient in the face of adversity and the ability to excel under pressure
  • Proficient computer skills in Apple devices and software, Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Proficient in digital road maps and GPS applications and the ability to navigate safely and efficiently


  • Ability to travel overnight and out of state
  • Ability to lift and move small to medium items, up to 50 lbs., while utilizing appropriate safety techniques
