We are seeking a progressive, innovative and experienced Commercial Operations Manager who wants to join a dynamic and growing organization with a forward-thinking approach to CRM Solutions.
The Commercial Operations Manager is responsible for managing commercial operating systems and processes. This includes CRM, marketing automation, commercial analytics, commercial process optimization, market intelligence, and planning in support of customer focus teams (CFT).
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
Manage the optimal user experience of Pioneer's CRM system.
Manage and optimize commercial process structures within CRM: marketing automation -> lead generation -> lead management -> quote generation -> price increase implementation -> customer KPI systems
Manage all commercial data analytics. Synthesizes and makes business recommendations based on data and market intelligence.
Develop systems and processes to use leading indicators, market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to determine market size and target marketing opportunities with current and future customers.
Lead generation effectiveness, quote conversion rates, forecast inputs, pipeline conversion, profitability, timing, and impact.
Manage commercial process integration of acquisitions to include lead gen, CRM, and quote process.
4-year college degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a job-related field; or equivalent work experience.
Strong experience in CRM Software Systems, business intelligence & analytics, and commercial technology solutions.
Minimum five years of experience in sales analytics, consumer insights, or financial management. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
Must be approachable, motivated, and have a high aptitude for problem solving.
Must be creative, innovative, flexible, adaptable and highly organized.
Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment using data analytics.
Ability to coordinate key stakeholders, resources, and commercial intel to deliver strategic business.
Ability to synthesize data and deliver compelling business recommendations to executive leadership.
Technologically competent in relevant software programs
