SUMMARY: This position provides high quality natural nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, paraffin dips and nail buffing while demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all nail care.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Including but not limited to:
Complete consultations with spa guests to determine nail care needs.
Promote the spa treatments, services, sessions, and retail items as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available.
Discuss, recommend, and sell spa products to spa guests.
Provide consistent professional nail, hand, and foot treatments in accordance with Soothe Spa protocol and accepted certification practices.
Sanitize workstation after every spa guest, stock assigned workspace and participate in general office and spa cleaning.
Complete administrative duties such as recording spa guest names, dates, services performed and nail care treatment preferences.
Ensure that used linens and trash are bagged and placed in appropriate areas.
Uphold Hospitality Standards, Company Culture and Department Core Standards and observe Company policies and procedures.
