The Field Finance & Performance Management team supports the Chase Wealth Management CEO, the Chase Wealth Management field leadership team as well as the field organization of ~4,000 advisors. The Field Performance Management team will be a small team based in New York and Bengaluru focused on providing insights, ad-hoc analysis and reporting on advisor productivity, profitability of different advisor coverage models and optimization of field capacity. The Field Performance Management Associate will work closely with other USWM functions to develop a process to monitor, track and assess advisor productivity which will include providing frequent reporting and key insights to various stakeholders. In addition, will assist in the development of strategies and reporting designed to enhance advisor productivity based on data, analysis and insights.

Must be able to interpret financial information and translate into reporting that provides clear narrative to a field organization as well as to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the evaluation of advisor productivity and profitability to inform decisions on optimizing and scaling business model for both in-branch and out of-branch advisors
  • Partner closely with Data & Analytics team to help identify opportunities to optimize advisor performance and operating model
  • Develop and maintain reporting that tracks advisor productivity and also assist in integrating key metrics into business reviews and scorecards
  • Assist in the development of compensation planning and performance measurement
  • Perform ad hoc analysis in support of financial and strategic goals
  • Prepare business review materials

Qualifications

  • ~3+ years relevant Financial Services experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Passionate about driving decisions through analytical insights in a sales organization
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications and ability to tailor message and style to different constituencies (e.g., Field, Finance, Executive Management)
  • Must be highly motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and ability to pick up new concepts quickly
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel)
