About JPMorgan Prime Finance

J.P. Morgan is one of the world's leading Prime Brokers. We offer global clients a broad set of conventional and synthetic financing products, including a global securities lending platform, clearing and settlement, comprehensive reporting, and a suite of value added services such as Capital Introduction and Consulting.

The Account Manager will provide coverage to predominantly hedge fund clients. The successful candidate will represent J.P. Morgan's Prime Brokerage and Financing capabilities to current and prospective clients as well.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic relationships with key decision makers at the client and strengthen existing client relationships through daily interactions, meetings and events
• Take charge of client experience inclusive of product, technology, and operations across cash equity, fixed income and synthetic Prime Finance
• Lead and implement initiatives that are focused on improving client experience and Prime Finance products
• Actively engage clients with respect to new products, new technology, and new regulatory topics in Prime Finance
• Capitalize on client relationships to influentially direct Prime Finance business and revenue increasing opportunities
• Utilize quantitative analysis for client metrics, balance trends, and portfolio construct to optimize their balance mix, return metrics, and revenue
• Deliver other products of the firm to the client by holistically analyzing client business

Qualifications:

• Energetic self-starter, motivated to enhance and build on our current product offering
• Ability to manage and build strong relationships with clients
• Oral presentation, persuasive speaking, and negotiation skills are a must
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
