The Technology Finance Office reports to the U.S. Wealth Management CFO and partners with the U.S. Wealth Management leadership team to strategically grow our investments market share in the United States. The team's mandate includes strategic financial analysis, agile transformation, and business management supporting technology investments across USWM.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic thinker to join a high-performing team that supports Wealth Management's Chief Technology Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The role will collaborate with a matrixed team across the business, technology, and finance to move the organization to the target state. You will constantly need to have a comprehensive understanding of the business including overall vision and strategy, product roadmap and workstream deliverables, program metrics and financial reporting, staffing and resource planning, and others.

The Agile Transformation Manager will work as trusted advisor and counterweight to the CFO, CIO, General Managers, and Product Owners. Your main responsibilities include responsible for supporting the Quarterly Business Reviews, aiding key agile transformation initiatives, delivering executive materials to the CEOs (Wealth Management CEO and Consumer & Community Banking CEO), and problem solving on a wide range of subjects.

First, you will support Wealth Management to drive a successful transformation that is highly efficient, product oriented, and agile. What will success look like? A more efficient organization operating with autonomy, agility, transparency of execution, a clear rolling plan and seamless integration between technology and the business all focused on the success of their product and delight of their customers.


  • Partner with key stakeholders on various agile program and develop solutions
  • Partner with technology to establish and execute a modernization strategy in a phased approach, including deployment and adoption of new architecture
  • Develop C suits review materials with various stakeholders
  • Update our processes for efficiency via self-containment and autonomous decision making
  • Standardize toolsets for increased output, reducing handoffs, and adopting an advanced analytics environment
  • Assist in the monitoring of progress associated with strategic initiatives (e.g., agile reporting, platform modernization)

Additionally, this candidate will partner closely with a team lead to support USWM's Chief Technology Officer and leadership team on key functional areas including business management, technology strategy development, organizational engagement, and others. You will help build key strategic initiatives, develop content with key partners/subject matter experts, and support key leadership forums or events. The successful candidate will serve as an advisor to designated USWM technology professionals providing strategic guidance to influence operating decisions and support desired organizational outcomes and key results (OKRs).

Preferred Experience:


  • Consulting and/or strategy experience; preferably in Financial Services and/or Wealth Management
  • Experience working on a team that drove change at scale
  • Understand a complex data structure and create reports from multiple sources
  • Proven experience in deriving insights from data analytics
  • Knowledge of Excel or SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Python)
  • Flexible in his/her work style, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels and influence key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate, and develop new concepts, processes and value-added activities.
  • Ability to closely partner with stakeholders on projects
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Self-starter, high energy, and motivated to innovate the business
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • High EQ with excellent communication skills with client focus
  • Ability to productively work in a matrix management organization
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services, IT or Data
  • MBA or master's degree, preferred but not required
