Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Obtain end-to-end understanding of assigned accounts, including surrounding operations impacting the account, areas generating GL entries to the account, system interfaces, and transaction flow of originating and clearing entries.
  • Research and resolve complex outstanding reconciling items/breaks.
  • Communicate with internal business partners to facilitate resolution of outstanding items.
  • Identify and escalate problem items, trends, and exceptions to clearing standards on assigned accounts to business partners and management.
  • Complete cross-training in order to provide backup for other reconcilers.
  • Participate as needed in project activity and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned.
  • Ensure adherence to Corporate Accounting and departmental policies and procedures.

Reconciliation Specialists:

  • Are able to evaluate and analyze data from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of proficiency
  • Good written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with management
