The Business Banking Loyalty Generation marketing team is responsible for developing and executing customer engagement strategies throughout the customer lifecycle from new customer onboarding to engaging and servicing more tenured customers.
The Field Engagement Marketing Sr. Associatesits within the Loyalty Generation team and is responsible for the development and deployment of marketing collateral/content to client-facing bankers to share with customers and prospects. This individual will play the role of liaison to the Sales Strategy team in identifying marketing content and tools needs for the field.
Key responsibilities include:
Build and execute the strategic roadmap for sales enablement by developing marketing collateral/tools and delivering those resources to all business bankers, including Business Relationship Managers, Cash Management Consultants, SBA Loan Consultants, and Minority Entrepreneur Consultants
Manage and maintain customer facing banker content, which may include custom capabilities presentations, marketing sheets, interactive presentations, and sales videos
Partners with Brand marketing team to develop tools and materials for major CFB campaigns/product launches providing business bankers with sales resources to accurately and effectively promote the value to small business owners
Articulate the nature of collateral changes driven by both market/competitive factors as well as firm-driven innovation with external agencies
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the Sales, Marketing, and Product organizations to integrate banker channels where appropriate
Manage branch-based digital collateral content including marketing, product disclosures and account documentation to ensure compliance
Test and learn new field marketing collateral and capabilities to increase business owner engagement and ultimately improve the client experience and shorten sales cycles
Launch new reporting capabilities to measure effectiveness of sales enablement marketing resources, including customer impressions, opportunities won, and reduced sales cycle time
Partner with the CFB content team to create new vertical specific thought leadership, white paper, and educational content to the field
Manage internal and external vendor relationships to execute all marketing collateral within scope and on time
Interface with CFB banker delivery contact for final integration of all marketing resources to ultimately serve it up to business bankers for meetings with the end SBO
May assist with the support of Minority Entrepreneurs (ME) program field marketing materials for ME Consultants, Business Bankers, and Consumer Bank partners that support the program
Adherence to Controls - Accountable for regular schedule of material reviews to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Degree in communications, marketing, business, or a relevant field preferred.
Experience in financial services and product management a plus, but not essential
6 years in Marketing or a related field
Strong written and oral presentation/communication skills - the ability to convey informtion simply and clearly to internal teams and senior business leaders
Writing experience helpful
Proven ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple projects
Proven ability to anticipate and mitigate risk
Highly proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Excel and Power Point; knowledge of creative design software a plus
