The Opportunity

We are looking to hire an Assisted Living Director to join our Senior Living Team. The right person will have experience providing residential care to the elderly with specialized dementia care programs.
The Assisted Living Director is patient, caring, flexible, and well-disposed. You will be responsible for coordinating resident care in order to ensure the residents remain as independent as possible for as long as possible.

Key Functions

• Coordinate and support the community's programs to encourage resident independence, well-being, and opportunity for personal growth.


• Supervise a team that provides care services to residents


• Conduct property tours and promote the property to members of the community

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·         RN or LVN/LPN preferred

. C.O.R.E Certified preferred

·         Two years’ experience working in an assisted living community providing residential care to the elderly. Experience in specialized dementia care programs are required

·         Strong analytical skills
