Job Description:

InBloom Autism Services strives to create an inviting environment for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to learn in and a better place for clinical professionals to do what they do best. InBloom employs the most dedicated ABA Professionals, and we give them access to the right tools, training, and support they need to bring their best to the children and families we work with every single day.

InBloom is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide high quality, outcome-driven ABA therapy. We have immediate openings as well as future needs! We recognize that our RBTs make the biggest difference in the lives of the families who we work with. Here is how they do that:


  • Implement treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA to increase desired skills and to decrease challenging behaviors

  • Work in collaboration with other team members to support each child’s success

  • Provide treatment in center, daycare, home, and/or school settings 

  • Provide one to one direct services to kiddos and their families

  • Collaborate with the BCBA team to provide insight into programming changes or suggestions

  • Maintain client clinical session notes

This is what we need:


  • Direct ABA experience (preferred)

  • BACB Registered Behavior Technician Certificate (preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in college or university (preferred)

  • Reliable transportation, driver's license, insurance, and smartphone

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills

  • A positive attitude and willingness to take direction from senior staff members
