Job Description:

Full-time Position

Schedule: 2 options

1. Monday-Friday: 5am-5pm


2. Monday-Friday: 5pm-5am

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Conducts necessary quality inspections using proper equipment and techniques in accordance with inspection plans.

· Maintains neat and accurate documentation of quality inspection activities.

· Conducts statistical analysis on selected processes and reports findings.

· Assists with problem-solving: Root cause analysis and formal corrective action.

· Ensures that incoming materials are in compliance with specifications before release to production.

· Ensures that in-process inspections are carried out in accordance with procedures and work instructions.

· Ensures that the finished product meets company and customer specifications.

· Enters data into various software applications, as necessary

· Provides management with detailed quality reports as required.

· Responsible for monitoring critical control points (CCP).

· Recommends modifications to existing quality management system documents and/or standards to achieve optimum quality.

· Promotes continuous improvement of quality control programs throughout the organization.

· Other duties as may be required and/or assigned by Quality Assurance Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months experience


• Legally authorized to work in the United States


• Compliance with all company policies and procedures


• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently


• Ability to understand and follow English instructions


• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check

Physical Demands of Job:

• Candidates must be able to lift 30 pounds, occasionally lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds


• Frequent reaching with intermittent reaching overhead


• Standing for extended periods of time to perform various duties


• Walking for extended periods of time to perform various duties


• Frequent squatting and/or bending to perform various duties as assigned
