Job Description:

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Xstore PoS Sr. Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing the solution.  As a Senior Consultant, you will identify customer issues, diagnose problems, design solutions and facilitate solution development, lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective to provide high-quality and value-adding consulting solutions to the customer within the guidelines and policies. Required Qualifications:

  • Location for this position is Solon, OH or Cleveland OH or be willing to relocate to one of these locations. This position may require  travel within US.

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 4 years of IT experience.

  • Experience in  Point of Sales domain and experience in implementation /support of Oracle Xstore and/or Oracle Point of Sales application. 

  • Experience with performing Xstore POS configurations, customizations, integrations development is a must

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with integration of Oracle EBS to OTM

  • At least 3 years of experience in solution Development or Production Support and Project Coordination for POS or Xstore implementations or upgrades

  • Experience in Requirements Gathering, Impact Analysis, Conducting Workshops, Solution Design

  • Experience in performing Xstore POS configurations, customizations and understanding of  integrations.

  • Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations 

  • Experience in Global Delivery model and coordination with teams at offshore

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
