As an Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with various CMI IT teams (Common Services Team, HR IT,  Global Information Security, etc.), HR business team, HR Systems Vendors, and Cummins global preferred vendors for the Oracle HCM Cloud implementation integrations delivery, including any other HR Systems Implementation and Support. You will be involved in the high level as well as detailed solution design lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty, validating requirements with product offerings, working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel and/or relocation to client location.
  


• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree


• 4+ years of Information Technology experience


• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required, we are not able to sponsor at this time


• Global Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience required.


• Experience with SDLC and project management processes.


• Required to have at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.

• At least 4+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Technical - HDL, HCM Extract, Interface, API, OTBI/BI Publisher - at least three years’ experience and Oracle HCM Cloud Functional knowledge


• Various Inbound/Outbound Interface using Oracle Integration Tools (ODI, Middleware, etc.), MuleSoft API, etc. - at least three years of experience


• Oracle EBS (HRMS Module), Taleo, Saba (learning) Functional knowledge, and Technical Knowledge


• Should have Global design experience


• Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices.


• Experience working with global users and teams


• Communication and Analytical skills
