Infosys is seeking an experienced Sr Consultant- Oracle Recruitment Cloud.  As an Oracle Recruitment Cloud Sr. Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your Oracle Fusion HCM/Recruitment domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture Definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will be involved in the high level as well as detailed solution design lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty, validating requirements with product offerings, working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel/eventual relocation to client location at Nashville, TN

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.


• At least 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM : Workforce Management (Core HR), Recruitment cloud

Preferred Qualifications:

• Should have Global design experience


• Drive the requirement workshops and CRP sessions for the customer. Perform FIT/GAP, map the customer business requirements to HCM Cloud, design and configuration.


• Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
