Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant with Oracle HCM Cloud. As an Oracle HCM Cloud Principal Consultant, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your Oracle Fusion HCM domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will be involved in the high level as well as detailed solution design lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty, validating requirements with product offerings, working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.


• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.


• Candidate has to be based within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC, or willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

• At least 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM : Workforce Management (Core HR), Benefits, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation & Payroll


• Required to have at least 4 to 5 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.


• Good Knowledge about oracle cloud strategy on handling Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and Reports with 3party applications


• Must have implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud.

• Experience driveing requirement workshops and CRP sessions for the customer. Perform FIT/GAP, map the customer business requirements to HCM Cloud, design and configuration.


• Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices.


• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
