Responsibilities:

Achieve growth objectives by developing and implementing development plans for targeted clients in both private and public sector markets
Coordinate with Branch Manager, Project Directors, Project Managers, Marketing Coordinator, Administrative Clerical Typist in preparation of proposals, presentations, and promotional material.
Monitors and leads all efforts related to pursuing advertised Requests-for-Proposal (RFPs) and Requests-for-Qualifications (RFQs)
Leading the preparation of proposals and responses to RFPs and RFQs.
Identifies minimum contract requirements for MBE, WBE, SDVOB participation on agency contracts
Maintains and regularly updates the historical record of proposals and RFQ/RFP responses
Works with the Marketing team to prepare and develop materials for Client interviews/presentations
Collaborates with staff and management to develop and implement the overall vision for the group
Attends staff meetings and provides updates on overall sales, proposal status, and ongoing client maintenance issues

Qualifications:

5 years of business development, account management, sales or marketing representative experience in the areas of construction and engineering services
Ability to design and implement successful marketing campaigns with a proven sales record of developing and achieving sales objectives
Experience developing and implementing a strategic sales plan
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Deltek
