About our Group

The Digital & Platform Services Organization is responsible for conducting the strategy to identify innovative ways to transform the business, and delivering new concepts and solutions with an emphasis on the customer experience. Our group provides the opportunity to work across the CIB and CB organization, leverage strategic methodologies such as Design Thinking, and find new ways to use emerging technologies to impact the customer experience.

The Digital & Platform Services strategy & transformation team is looking for a Senior Associate level candidate who will be part of a high performing, multi-faceted team. For this role, the ideal candidate must be curious and empathetic and use these qualities to help drive the creation and implementation of complex business solutions. This position requires someone who can take initiative and function successfully in a collaborative environment. As a strong and inquisitive critical thinker, the candidate will need to deliver business solutions by having an ability to explore the true needs and issues of a client. This individual will support engagements from strategy creation through execution, leveraging expertise to establish both internal & external client relationships while demonstrating ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with senior stakeholders to support the delivery of the following key aspects:

Process improvement

  • Understanding the current state landscape including the process & systems involved while identifying opportunities for improvements leveraging AI, automation, or other innovative technologies
  • Partnering across LOB's to understand the nuances of various processes
  • Honing in on both internal & external client pain points, challenges, and needs

Solution Design

  • Working with internal & external clients through the research, design and experience process, participating in collaborative planning sessions, and creating detailed and polished presentations
  • Creating visually compelling business case presentations to obtain stakeholder buy-in
  • Driving thought leadership, design thinking & experience strategy across all projects

Strategy & Business Case Creation

  • Championing the vision and strategy, and developing the business case to gain buy-in across a global team and cross line of business stakeholders
  • Communicating the vision and roadmap to the wider group, and key stakeholders
  • Working with the business's clients in order to understand real business issues and developing a strategy for the business's direction from the gathered insights
  • Supporting the establishment and review of key strategic priorities and translating them into actionable and quantitative plans with clear objectives and tangible deliverables

Additional Responsibilities :

  • Monitor industry trends and share insightful reports with the broader team
  • Managing strategic projects (defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders) and provide clear updates to leadership
  • Monitoring progress against project plans until completion and delivery
  • Escalating issues to the appropriate level of management diligently


  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
  • 3-5 years' experience in a management consulting practice in the banking/ financial industry
  • Highly energetic self-starter with a focus on obtaining results
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills; able to present effectively
  • Ability to lead and influence without having positional authority in order to progress initiatives
  • Strong analytical / critical thinking and problem solving skills; able to develop and clearly present drawn conclusions & potential solutions
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint; able to create high quality, polished decks for presentation to senior stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills inclusive of experience running large meetings with demonstrated success at achieving results and keeping meetings on track
  • Ability to communicate effectively at many levels of the organization including synthesizing key messages for senior management
  • Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities
  • Capability to work both independently with strong follow through and adapt to team environment
  • Aptitude to think outside the box and balance strategic objectives with the need to identify interim tactical choices in order to sustain progress
