Within the HR Global Employee Servicing Digital Team, there is a significant effort underway to optimize the firm's use of the Oracle HCM platform. Launched in mid-2020, the function is pivoting from implementing the platform to maximizing its capabilities, particularly within the Employee Data (Core) and Position Management modules. Responsibilities include:
Participating in roadmap development and evolution, including understanding vendor-offered release features and helping to drive internally configured features
Providing clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, product requirements/epics/stories to support development
Being a direct conduit to our stakeholders, actively gathering requirements, contributing to communications about the roadmap and issue remediation, and serving as an escalation point when required
Identifying potential roadblocks for delivery, through comprehensive user acceptance testing
Identifying, escalating and working through remediation of production issues, partnering across the impacted stakeholders and the technology team
A successful candidate will:
Possess some or all of the following: proven experience managing headcount in a business management/ planning & analysis role, have extensive knowledge of data management/ workforce structures and/or proven experience in the optimization of Oracle HCM Core and Position Management
Have experience stabilizing and optimizing infrastructure and complex processes post-implementation
Be proficient in process mapping, which will be leveraged to create process flows tracing the impact of data elements to other HCM modules and processes
Have a track record of driving simplification efforts, including: design development, articulating impacts, securing stakeholder buy-in and leading testing efforts
Demonstrate experience managing multifaceted projects with global and cross-line of business impacts
Have a proven track record of managing a set of complex requirements and creating a solution that met the need of the stakeholder/ client
Be an advocate for the end-to-end employee experience
Be a critical thinker with exceptional problem solving skills
Qualifications
Experience operating in an agile execution model
Proven ability to work independently and deliver results accurately, quickly, and efficiently while adapting to shifting priorities
Experience managing the performance of a small team, motivating both direct and indirect reports
Ability to accept responsibilities and operate outside of individual comfort zone
Experience working under strict deadlines with flexible working hours, including support of global time zones
Ability to establish strong, collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across the organization
Demonstrated executive presence through well-honed written and verbal communication skills
The ability to present a vision and roadmap across multiple audiences, understanding the value proposition for each
Strong Microsoft Office technical skills, including proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint (including PitchPro), and Visio; MS Project is a plus
Familiarity with JIRA, Kanban and/or Confluence preferred
Able to be a thought leader to peers and senior management
Possess a strong sense of intellectual curiosity
