Performance Marketing is responsible for leading channel innovation, enablement, execution and investment optimization of marketing initiatives across Chase on behalf of our businesses.
We are seeking to expand our team with a talented, data-driven marketing leader focused on driving maximum return on our email channel investments. This is a highly visible strategic role with significant interaction with cross-functional teams across the firm. You must be customer obsessed, a pro at using data to create meaningful insights, take extreme ownership of outcome, and relentlessly drive value for our customers and the firm.
You will responsible for end-to-end email campaign management. You will work closely with our lines of businesses to rationalize new and existing campaigns. You'll answer questions such as (1) should or could we execute this campaign on time and with excellence? (2) Can or should we modify the campaign to optimize results? (3) How are the campaigns that we have in market performing?
Core Responsibilities
The Channel Strategy Owner manages a robust book of work that include acquisition, servicing and engagement emails across multiple lines business.
Strategy:
Approve, decline or modify new email campaign requests within budgeted capacity
Work with the lines of business to improve email performance maximizing successful outcomes while at the same time minimizing customer opt out
Storytelling and communication to senior audiences on results or progress of book of work
Prioritizes and manages in a way that uses resources effectively
Is decisive; communicates findings, issues and proposed solutions to business executives
Strong problem-solving leader, who can coach and facilitate others to solve problems
Management:
End to end project management of email campaigns for non-credit card lines of business
Drives a cross functional team drawing on specialized resources when needed (such as IT, legal, compliance, etc.)
Manage and validate the output of related specialized groups, and influence work plan to ensure they align to desired business results
Ensure audit, compliance, legal and other firm controls are followed and installed on each project and relevant activity
Embrace a mentoring role in developing associate and analyst talent within the organization
